Customer inserts their ID
Our best-in-class ID authentication uses an E-Seek M500 forensic document reader to examine the ID in white, UV, and infrared light, catching about 95% of fake IDs.
Even without an attendant present, you can feel confident that the ID is legitimate.
Face matching & liveness checks
After authenticating the ID, our facial recognition technology uses an embedded webcam to match the face on the ID to the customer in front of the machine.
Additionally, the software asks for randomized liveness checks to protect against photo, video, and mask spoofing attacks

A basic pass or fail result is sent to the vending software to allow the customer to complete the transaction.
