Store Returns Return Policy gladly accepts returns on purchases within 30 days from date of purchase, provided the item is still in like-new condition. We are unable to make exceptions to the 30-day return window.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns. If you believe you qualify for an exception related to shipping on your return, please contact your Account Manager.

Final sale purchases and special order products are not eligible for return.

Your method of payment will be refunded once we receive the device and determine it is in working condition, or damage is due to no fault of the customer. We will also confirm that all parts have been included in the return shipment.

If, after receiving the device, we determine that the item is not eligible for return due to significant damage, our team will reach out to provide an estimate for a buy back price. The buy back price will be based on our ability to repair and resell the item in the future. We will then issue a refund for this price.

Refunds can take up to 30 days to be processed after the returned device has been received and the device has been confirmed to be functional.

All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Product Warranty

All new products come with at least a one year manufacturer warranty. Some open box or refurbished units may also come with a one year warranty (check the product listing). You may have also elected to purchase an additional extended warranty at your time of purchase. Our team will confirm your warranty when you submit a return or repair request.

Your warranty begins on the date of purchase.

If the unit is defective within 30 days you are eligible for a refund or an exchange for a new unit. You can initiate this process by filling out the form at the of of this page.

The following defects are covered by your warranty:

  • No power/charge
  • Screen doesn’t turn on
  • Screen is defective
  • Does not scan

There may be other examples covered on a case by case basis. Please contact us to determine if your defect is covered under warranty.

Warranty does not cover shipping costs associated with sending in the device for return or repair.

If your unit is defective after 30 days from purchase, you will be required to fill out a Repair Request Form. You will be required to troubleshoot the issue with the tech support to determine the cause of your issue. Once your issue has been identified, an RMA will be requested on your behalf from the manufacturer. RMA information and shipping instructions will be provided to you by the support team. Shipping costs to the manufacturer are to be handled by the customer.

The unit must be evaluated and repaired by the manufacturer. Only if the manufacturer determines the unit is not repairable will a replacement be considered. The replacement will be issued by the manufacturer if deemed necessary.

Turnaround times for repairs depend on the cause of the issue as well as on the scanner / reader manufacturer themselves. is not responsible for nor has control over these repair times.
