Return / Exchange Policy

Our store accepts returns on select items within 30 days from date of purchase, no exceptions.

Your return/exchange or repair is only approved once you’ve been provided shipping instructions by either the logistics or support team. If approved, properly package all merchandise in the original packaging; and include documentation with your order number and details. You may be required to work with the support team to troubleshoot the device prior to having your return/exchange approved.

Items need to be returned in like-new condition in order to receive a full refund. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, scratched, or missing major contents may be denied a return or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

  • All returns are charged an automatic 5% restocking fee.
  • We do not accept returns on any special order products. 
  • We only offer exchanges on IPC products, no returns.
  • Shipping costs are not included in refunds.
  • does not provide shipping labels for returns, and shipping costs are not included in refunds.

Refunds can take up to 30 days to be processed after approval.


Within 30 Days

  • All NEW products come with at least a one year manufacturer warranty.
  • Some refurbished units may also come with a one year warranty (check product listing on the store).
  • The warranty starts on the date of purchase.
  • If the unit is defective within 30 days, will exchange the defective unit for a new one.
  • You, the customer, will be required to fill out a Return/Exchange or Repair Request Form.
  • You may be required to troubleshoot the issue with the tech support team prior to shipping out the defective unit or receiving a replacement.
  • The defective unit will need to be shipped directly to the manufacturer after the support team determines this the best course of action.
  • Shipping costs to the manufacturer are to be handled by the customer.
  • A shipping label may be provided by for units that need to be returned to HQ on a case by case basis.

If your unit is defective after 30 days from purchase, you will be required to fill out a Return/Exchange or Repair Request Form. You will be required to troubleshoot the issue with the tech support to determine the cause of your issue. Once your issue has been identified, an RMA will be requested on your behalf from the manufacturer. RMA information and shipping instructions will be provided to you by the support team. Shipping costs to the manufacturer are to be handled by the customer.

If your product is outside of the one-year warranty period and you did not purchase any of our software, you will be required to contact the manufacturer yourself. Please refer to the manufacturer’s website for more information.

The unit must be evaluated and repaired by the manufacturer. Only if the manufacturer determines the unit is not repairable will a replacement be considered. The replacement will be issued by the manufacturer if deemed necessary.

Turnaround times for repairs depend on the cause of the issue as well as on the scanner / reader manufacturer themselves. is not responsible for nor has control over these repair times.

Our technicians can diagnose and repair select devices after your manufacturer warranty has expired. If you’re not sure what’s wrong with your device, we’ll diagnose it for a small fee and provide a quote for the repair.
