IDScan.net Chief Operating Officer Jimmy Roussel was named to a list of New Orleans top business leaders, the Biz 500. Roussel was recognized for his work as the CEO of the New Orleans Startup Fund.
Roussel’s firm specializes in starting up small technology firms and taking them through the initial rounds of venture capital.
“I have experience on both the business and finance and technology sides, and can easily translate between the different stakeholders,” he said. “We are often the first check and earliest supporter alongside entrepreneurs’ friends and family.”
