Post-Warranty Repair (CR5400)
This service is only available to post-warranty repair candidates with qualifying hardware that has been approved for a diagnostics screening by our Support Team. In order to purchase this service, you must have an RMA # provided by IDScan.net’s Support Department and enter it in the RMA # field provided below.
The fee for this service covers the diagnosis and repair of one 3M/Gemalto/Thales CR5400 scanner. If you have multiple CR5400 scanners that have been approved for a diagnostics screening and repair, please make sure the number of fees purchased matches the number of hardware items being diagnosed and repaired.
