This service is only available to post-warranty repair candidates with qualifying hardware that has been approved for a diagnostics screening by our Support Team. In order to purchase this service, you must have an RMA # provided by IDScan.net’s Support Department and enter it in the RMA # field provided below.
The fee for this service covers the diagnosis of 1 piece of hardware. If you have multiple pieces of hardware that have been approved for a diagnostics screening, please make sure the number of Diagnostic Service Fees purchased matches the number of hardware items being diagnosed.
