The three newest employees fill critical product and support roles
IDScan.net, a leading developer of identity verification and information-gathering technologies, announced its latest round of hires. The three new team members bring a diverse range of technical experience and will play a key role in the development and support of the company’s off-the-shelf and integrated technologies.
“It is beyond exciting to find ourselves in this phase of growth,” said IDScan.net’s CEO, Denis Petrov. “Three new hires this month, and we expect to onboard several new team members before the end of the year. And look for more big things in 2020.”
Marietta Johnston, QA Software Engineer
Marietta runs extensive testing on the company’s codebase and products. She has nearly a decade’s experience in QA, and she most recently led a QA team for a data management software developer.
She studied Business Administration at the University of New Orleans.
Marietta will lead the Customer Support team to better manage customer onboarding, support tickets, and usage optimization.
Kyle Moise, Technical Support Specialist
Kyle supports IDScan.net’s clients by assisting in the set up of software and answering technical questions.
He holds a Computer Science degree, with a Software Engineering concentration, from Louisiana State University.
Prior to joining IDScan.net, Kyle worked in customer support and IT for an auto parts distributor.
At IDScan.net Kyle will interface directly with customers to help them see success using the IDScan.net products.
Abigail (Abby) Wisen, Product Manager
Abby manages the roadmaps, feature sets, and pricing for the company’s off-the-shelf products. She is a graduate of Tulane University and a Venture for America (VFA) Fellow. VFA is a program where recent college grads learn how to build a business while making an impact.
“It is our goal to become one of the top companies to work for, both in New Orleans and in our industry,” Petrov said. “This starts with hiring the right people, and we’re excited about our latest round of hires.”
