Inside Sales Representative, Remote Identity Verification Software
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team and focus on selling DIVE, our SaaS solution for verifying identity remotely (IDV). DIVE verifies end users by remotely capturing an image of their ID, performing AI analysis to confirm document validity, matching the ID to the individual with biometric face matching, and then augments the results with third party risk scoring.
This role is responsible for taking inbound inquiries and follow ups from tradeshows and conferences, and converting them into paying customers. The Inside Sales Representative will manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing. The Inside Sales Representative will play a critical role in expanding the adoption of our solutions across industries automotive, logistics, gaming, and fintech.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to represent cutting-edge products that help prevent fraud, improve the digital onboarding experience, and streamline account security for businesses in a variety of verticals.
This position will report to the Director of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads, understand business requirements, and position DIVE as the right solution for their needs.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of DIVE capabilities, with the ability to perform a basic demo, and answer most common product questions.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities using Hubspot CRM with excellent sales hygiene.
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery calls through proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with account managers and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Leverage product knowledge to help clients comply with age restrictions, fraud prevention requirements, and data security mandates. Maintain knowledge of KYC/AML and common jurisdictional regulations (GDPR, CCPA) so as to provide basic guidance on system configuration to ensure our customers remain compliant with relevant laws.
- Monitor competitive products to understand how DIVE compares to common competitors, and how to ensure IDScan.net is best positioned as a market leader.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience in B2B technology and/or SaaS
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales automation tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and build trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with fintech, iGaming, or hospitality technology a plus
