VeriScan customers, you may notice a friendly banner next time you log in to the online portal. We’re retiring VeriScanOnline.com and replacing it with VeriScanCloud.com, a new, improved centralized portal for managing your VeriScan account.

What’s changing

The improved portal is more streamlined and user friendly with a modern interface.

Among key improvements:

• SSO integrations available through Google and Azure – for large organizations who want to sync their access to their domain
• Greater control of history and fields allowing for customizable views of your scan history and data
• More robust export capabilities
• Photo-based viewing of history, making it easier to search your scan data by ID photo
• Survey capabilities are being removed

These improvements are being made at the request of our customers to allow for greater visibility into their customer and scan results, and to continue to streamline our product offerings to allow us to add features and enhancements more efficiently.

What’s staying the same

You’ll still use your existing login credentials to access VeriScanCloud.com – no need to go searching for your login or password.

When will VeriScanOnline.com be sunset?

You will be automatically redirected to the new portal beginning on July 15th. However, customers can begin using the new portal at any time by clicking the “Try The New Portal” button at any time.
