Map View allows you to easily analyze your scanned data. If you have many visitors from one location but would like more from a different location, Map View provides visual insight as to where you may need to increase your marketing efforts.
How do I access Map View?
Map View is easily accessible by going to Reports/Stats > Zip Code Report > Map View (be sure to first set your date and time range).

How it Works:
When a resident scans their ID, IDScan.net’s mobile ID scanning system checks the ID against the municipality’s address list to determine whether the ID is a) within the municipal disposal limits and; b) how many times the resident has deposited refuse at the site for the rolling year.
The municipality’s personnel then receives a notification on the mobile scanning device with the corresponding information. If the resident is not within the limits, they are turned away or charged the appropriate fee for residents that live outside of the designated disposal limits. This process also makes it easy for municipalities to more strictly enforce any policies they may have regarding the number of times a resident is allowed to drop off refuse in a rolling year.

VeriScan Online vs5.6
With VeriScan Online vs5.6, users have new features which enhance the visitor management component of the software. The first of which is adding an attachment to a visitor’s file. This tool is advantageous regardless of your company’s field. Some of our clients in the medical industry, use this to upload relevant prescriptions under a patient’s file. To add an attachment, click on Groups, then click on the Customers tab. Lastly, click on the magnifying glass labeled “Details” and then upload the attachment.
The second enhanced feature of vs5.6 is the agreements section. Previously, there was a set format for agreement text. Now, you can customize the fields in the agreement you want your visitor to sign. Do this by clicking on settings and then on agreements. Customize your agreement utilizing the multiple variables now available to you.
VeriScan Online – New Offline Groups and Signature Capture
Due to the large number of requests we received from our customers, our newest VeriScan Online version now includes offline groups and signature capture.
VeriScan Online version 5.0 is available directly in the Apple App Store. VeriScan Online works with your Apple mobile device, iPad, or Desktop computer. With these new features, you can now download your groups (VIP, Banned, etc.) onto your device and use them offline without internet connection. This will help you take full advantage of VeriScan Online’s full range of features when using it in offline mode by letting you organize your customers into customizable groups.
For the iPad version of VeriScan Online, we’ve integrated the ability to upload a custom document or agreement form, have your visitors sign it using their finger, and print out the document using a Bluetooth-connected printer.
