When contacting our Support Team, please have the following information ready, so that we may assist you more quickly:
- Your name / business name
- Your order number
- Type of hardware/software purchased
- Whether the hardware was purchased from IDScan.net
- Hardware ID and/or License Key
Annual licensing includes software maintenance, bug fixes and new jurisdictional updates to ensure you can keep scanning as new IDs are released. SDK perpetual licensing and single license purchases include updates and support for the first year after purchase.
After the first year, customers are required to opt into/purchase annual maintenance. To update your annual maintenance and support, you can purchase a new license from our store via one of the links below.
Our technicians can diagnose and repair select devices after your manufacturer warranty has expired. If you’re not sure what’s wrong with your device, we’ll diagnose it for a small fee and provide a quote for the repair.
We will repair eligible items regardless of where the hardware was purchased.
