SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE
Annual licensing includes software maintenance for jurisdictional updates.
SDK perpetual licensing and single license purchases include updates and support for the first year after purchase. After the first year, customers are required to opt into annual maintenance.

Our technicians can diagnose and repair select devices after your manufacturer warranty has expired. If you’re not sure what’s wrong with your device, we’ll diagnose it for a small fee and provide a quote for the repair.
We will repair eligible items regardless of where the hardware was purchased. Reach out today to see if your hardware is eligible for a post-warranty repair.
