A statement from CEO Denis Petrov
Amid what is perhaps the worst public health and safety crisis of our time, IDScan.net remains steadfast in our mission to create a safer, smarter world. We have activated our business continuity plan, and our offices in the U.S. and internationally are fully operational and able to meet client needs without delay. Our business units have the technology and systems in place to maintain regular operations throughout the expected duration of this pandemic.
Because our identity verification and information gathering technologies are utilized across a range of industries – from hospitality and gaming to transportation and retail – we are well aware of the hardships many businesses are facing because of shutdowns, cancellations, and the economic downturn. Our hearts go out to you, and we are here to help.
For those navigating this rapidly evolving situation, we are here for you too. We can quickly deploy our solutions to help hospitals, groceries, secure venues, campuses, and others manage this crisis and beyond.
IDScan.net’s technical support team is fully functional as is our fulfillment operation. We are able to ship hardware and software orders as soon as they are placed.
As we have done in the past in response to natural disasters, we are making our visitor management software, VeriScan Online available for free to healthcare facilities, government agencies and not-for-profit aid organizations as they work to contain the spread of the coronavirus. Our mobile technology can help them to easily collect, track, and maintain information of anyone seeking access to properties, such as hospitals, food shelters, and temporary isolation facilities. We are all in this together, and we’re doing our part to help our partners and communities.
