STORE REPAIRS & RETURNS
Our store accepts returns within 30 days from purchase date on select items, no exceptions. Please fill out the form below to begin a return or repair request.
If your return or repair is approved after filling out the form request, properly package all unused merchandise in the original packaging and include documentation with your order details and your order number.
All returns are charged an automatic 5% restocking fee. Used or damaged items and/or packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns if products appear used, damaged or are missing parts. We do not accept returns on IPC products, only exchanges. All Panasonic sales are final. Shipping costs are not included in refunds. We do not provide shipping labels for returns.
All NEW products purchased from store.idscan.net include a one year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. IDScan.net will exchange items within 30 days of purchase, after 30 days it is the customers responsibility to contact the manufacturer directly. After one year, the buyer is responsible to cover the cost of repairs via the third party manufacturer.

We carry most items in stock unless otherwise noted. Some items are special order items that will require additional processing times. We ship items same day as long as we have them in stock and your order is placed before 3 PM central time.

Orders over $500 are shipped UPS.
